*Good Product: The company has a strong product offering. *Work-Life Balance: This is seen as a positive aspect. *Learning Opportunities: It offers insight into office politics and toxic environments, which can be valuable learning experiences.

Cons

*Toxic Work Environment: The workplace has become toxic, especially due to management issues, particularly within the night shift. *Hire and Fire Policy: Its unexplainable, The one who created the universe is also Confused here. Like Employees he has also no answers to what is happening *Incompetent Leadership: Blind hiring decisions, Incompetent Management, Inexperienced, and unprofessional Directors and other people who sit in US *Favoritism and Politics: A clique-driven culture seems to dominate, with favoritism at its peak. HR/Management Issues: Lack of support from HR and management, especially for night shift employees, and unprofessional handling. *Layoffs: Incompetent leadership, Unethical approach who sit in the US and internal politics from the management and US people have led to employee dismissals and a high turnover rate. Unfair Retention Policy: The amended employee agreement forcing employees to pay back their retention bonus on leaving is seen as unfair, as employees have already earned it by serving their time.
