      1. Great Benefits - PF, Internet/Telecom Subsidy, No Co-pay Insurance, Friday Lunches, Wednesday Snacks, Quarterly Team Lunches, Vacations, Flexible Timings, Casual Wear, TT, Carrom, Chess, Foosball, Freebies, Movies etc. To name a few 2. Senior Leadership has a ton of technical and managerial experience 3. Senior Technical/Research folks are from premier institutions such as IITs, MIT, Stanford, UIUC etc. 4. Encouraging and collaborative team members with little or no politics 5. The opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies such as AI/Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Big Data etc.

      1. No in-house Fitness Center or Tie-ups 2. Can increase paternity Leaves :) 3. Can organize more team outings

      * top heavy too many EVPs, senior directors, directors, senior staff, staff roles ( too many egos making env. TOXIC) * traps being set for employee retention - retention bonus every year with a clause (extremely TOXIC you do not want to work here) * tech is good for 2015 but not 2024 - with top heavy they are struggling to innovate * no to research only develop what is ready( only shortcuts) * over valued * you are under the mercy of your manager - caste like discrimination amongst team members * promotion is not because of talent its because of favouritism here. * diversity ❌ * Toxic work culture - as pressure on unrealistic expectations from execs raise
