Company is good with better perks like Comprehensive health insurance covering employees and dependent.

Cons

There are several drawbacks, all stemming from the management Poor Communication – Fails to provide clear directions or set expectations. Micromanagement – Exercises excessive control and lacks trust in employees' ability to work independently. Lack of Transparency – Makes decisions behind closed doors without involving employees. Blocks promotion and opportunities

Pros

Management don't understand the expectation of employee. They don't understand who is capable of what and what responsibilities to be given whom. So if you can make fool of them you won't have to work and you can grow easily.

Cons

They have plenty of cons--do not want to waste my time mentioning them again. The only thing management knows is to take biased decisions and secure their jobs in USA region by shunting people in India team on the name of productivity.
