      Pros

      I have been working for Netradyne for more than 2 years and so far the journey has been great. Work is really challenging, very friendly people and lot of growth opportunity. Despite being a startup, the HR policies are at par to any multi-national IT product company. Love the team outings, Friday lunches. The First day, First Show of 4D Avengers Endgame for all employees was awesome!

      Being a startup, the processes are still maturing but I am seeing it as one of the key focus area from senior management.
