This company has a fair amount of technical expertise as well as business knowledge. The leadership is to look up to; the CTO is a hands on coder.

Cons

Nothing in particular. This company has grown from 200 employees to 1000 in the last four years. So just for the sake of putting cons, one can point out many maturity gaps but it’s not fruitful as the pros outweigh the cons.
