Pros

Innovative product with strong product management team. Open to customer feedback. Continually innovating.

Cons

Some folks at Netradyne are over loaded and others seem to have lots of bandwidth. Management doesn’t value some roles and seems to want to compensate sales people well, but not other positions who help them sell.

Pros

The product does provide technology that monitors drivers, but far from the leader in this space so very hard to sell against the superior competition.

Cons

Netradyne is a miserable place to work and a total sweatshop. The micromanagement is the worst ever, and everyone is unhappy. The culture is one of fear and hostility. No sales reps are even coming close to making their quota yet quotas are always being increased with more and more pressure.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I’m disappointed to hear your comments, but please be assured that I will be sharing them with Leadership. As a global company with offices opening around the world, we place great value on our employees and their experiences. It is disheartening to hear of your dissatisfaction, and we take this seriously. Your feedback is appreciated, and we will reflect on it as we continue to grow and improve.

Worst Leadership Ever!

Pros

Base pay is descent for segments

Cons

Sales Leadership doesn't understand the industry at all and makes knee jerk decisions to increase revenue....nothing they have done has been working. Only 20 percent of RSMs hit their number in 2023, so they raised the quota by 20 percent in 2024 and overhired, which shrunk the reps territory even more making the goals outrageously unattainable. Everyone is currently looking to leave which has destroyed the moral, no one is in for the long haul.
