      Pros

      Writing this review after spending one year at the company. Company has been growing strong, with increase in revenues, new products being built and more products in pipe-line. Pay is above industry average. There is sizeable year end bonus. Company has solid outlook in-terms of revenue and cash-flow. So, very much a secured job. As company is growing, there is good growth potential. Engineers get to work on some of the highly scalable systems. The job gives good platform to work on some of the complex systems (controlling IoT devices that send millions of data points remotely or building complex deep learning models). Leadership encourages problem solving attitude of employees and provides the required support for such people. Company is well beyond Unicon stage and has valuation much many known brands such as bookmyshow. The company is listed as top 50 AI companies by Forbes

      Growing rapidly. Hence, processes need to be streamlined sooner.
