- Netradyne is in growth trajectory and this gives you an ample opportunity to learn and work in diverse area such as product design, process automation for opex optimization, Applying statistical measure for capex monitoring, AI (edge as well as cloud) - You interact and work with smart guys (IITs, IIMs, NITs, US Top Tier Colleges, Oxford etc pass outs) with diverse industry experience. For me this is one of the best take away. - A technology superior product (made in India) supported with native cloud capability gives you good exposure. - Netradyne HR policies are employee friendly and they genuinely wants to support each and every employee . (Diwali Gifts, Covid assistance - both financial and logistically, Running programs for not physical but mental health also, Best of industry insurance program etc)
