No respect. Lot of politics and groups created based on regions. Office location is in a remote place. Lot of employee created heirarchy.

Great Benefits - PF, Internet/Telecom Subsidy, No Co-pay Insurance, Friday Lunches, Wednesday Snacks, Quarterly Team Lunches, Vacations, Flexible Timings, Casual Wear, TT, Carrom, Chess, Foosball, Freebies, Movies etc. To name a few 2. Senior Leadership has a ton of technical and managerial experience 3. Senior Technical/Research folks are from premier institutions such as IITs, MIT, Stanford, UIUC etc. 4. Encouraging and collaborative team members with little or no politics 5. The opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies such as AI/Machine Learning, Computer Vision, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, Big Data etc.

1. No in-house Fitness Center or Tie-ups 2. Can increase paternity Leaves :) 3. Can organize more team outings
