No respect. Lot of politics and groups created based on regions. Office location is in a remote place. Lot of employee created heirarchy.

Lot of politics, Most of the People sitting in senior position are relatives and friends of their bosses (managers), they always tend to put blames of their failures on others or juniors. Random decisions are made without thinking long term impact on product as a result they have lost big prospective customers. buggy product
