If you’re this type of person, you can skirt by doing very little and getting paid, low accountability. A nice place to rest between jobs.

Cons

Micromanagement was the worst I’ve ever experienced, leadership with no vision and inability to communicate to employees, billable time was the only measurable factor of worth and no foresight into how to grow or develop, no investment in professional development. Left feeling deflated, exhausted and having to rebuild my self-worth and self-esteem.

I have been working in Netrix from the last one year. Very innovative and product based organization. Employee friendly policies and offers good salary. They treat employees like a family.
