They produce quality work, however they don't value their employees.

Pros
The employees are amazing, great team. Middle management isn't bad either, but are not given power to make any meaningful change. The CEO is a very nice guy, but they are still operating this company as a mon and pop operation, therefore they are so busy doing mundane tasks that they don't have the time to learn about their employees and operations.
Cons
The biggest con is that they won't invest in their employees, they won't buy them the necessary tools to perform their work, many times I had to purchase my own. The Bonus system is a SCAM, near impossible to reach your maximum bonus no matter how hard you work or even if you are part of very large and profitable projects.
