The people at Netrix are some of the kindest colleagues I've ever had. Most interactions are incredibly nice, even though almost every interaction is frustrating or seemingly pointless. I never encountered any payroll issues, which is a miracle after seeing how things operated on a day to day basis. The CEO is nice, and worked at Oracle, which is really neat!

Cons

Even the simplest tasks turn into colossal clusters. The company had a lot of acquisition activity, and is still trying to force square pegs into round holes. There is lots of turnover, and almost every project is a game of hot potato, with the occasional punt and fair catch mixed in.

12 hours of daily work , No empathy towards employee, No appreciation from management , Pathetic HR team , Criticism always in short never work for this company if you are looking for a heathy environment to work and maintain your work life balance .
