      Great work culture Experienced people IPO stock Benefits Good perks like snacks and lunch Compensation is good

      Cons

      Nothing much to learn, since everything is built already. Lot of bureaucracy building up slowly No scope of learning. Hectic work schedule and no work life balance They were hiring from tier1 colleges and no one stayed so now they have started hiring from tier2, this tells that there is nothing much to learn in the company.

      Pros

      The product is good and is a leader in its space. Initial members are some of the best people to work with in the company.

      Cons

      Management is worse. There is a big power struggle and the managers are only interested in brining over their peers under them. They are only busy in securing their future at the company. They don't care about the product.
