      Netskope has an awesome culture! I can tell the CEO wants to maintain this collaborative and inclusive culture since he highlights it at every meeting. I am able to get great mentorship at Netskope not only from my manager, but from my peers as well. People actually care about my professional growth and there is no sharkiness. Coming to work everyday is a joy as everyone is extremely friendly and it is easy to create fun working relationships with people from other teams as well.
