Pros
The company culture pervades in everything we do and every employee is truly valued for their contribution and commitment. The openness to express opinion on strategic and tactical direction exists and encouraged. Nothing is taken for granted; there is a sense of pride and excitement in everyone that I have met or worked with at Netskope - a true sense of family.
Cons
We are growing incredibly quickly and with that comes a frantic pace to get things done. Fighting the email dragon to remember to focus on employees / team members and customers is a daily challenge.
