Especially for a new hire the de-centralized team setup can be challenging at first (even though most people are very helpful, you just don't know them at the start)

-Benefits like wellness days 4 times a year and a day off at your birthday -Fair and supportive management that takes care about the people -Very good products, which are constantly being further developed -Fast and very pleasant hiring process -Very open internal communication -Amazing RFP team

-Also if Netskope is a leader in SASE and SSE, the brand is less well positioned compared to competitors -As the company has grown quickly, certain processes are not yet optimal, but this is also a benefit because you have the opportunity to get involved and help shape things
