      Pros

      Great opportunity for growth and great salary. CASB space is a dream to get into now. Netskope provides the ability to succeed, especially with a weak competition.

      Cons

      Management execution must improve as company grows. Product needs to maintain that path. Hire great talent to ensure product innovation.

      - Multi talented people. - Vision of CEO is Great ( Special Mention : Sanjay Beri, CEO ( Marvel Name : Tony Stark ) ) - Great Culture. - Compensations & stock options are good. - Supportive & Understanding ( Special Mention : Alok Kothari ( Marvel Name : Dr Strange ) , MD, India ) - Product seem to have great scope.

      Cons

      - A regional people tyranny exists . It has to be evaded ( improving culture) in order to prevent more hatred among employees. - More employee perks can be given to make employee happier and healthier.
