Pros

-Benefits like wellness days 4 times a year and a day off at your birthday -Fair and supportive management that takes care about the people -Very good products, which are constantly being further developed -Fast and very pleasant hiring process -Very open internal communication -Amazing RFP team

Cons

-Also if Netskope is a leader in SASE and SSE, the brand is less well positioned compared to competitors -As the company has grown quickly, certain processes are not yet optimal, but this is also a benefit because you have the opportunity to get involved and help shape things

* The company culture has been shaped by the Founder and CEO, one that emphasizes transparency and accessibility * Low degree of politics with a committed and consistent spirit of winning together * Individuals can make big impacts at all levels with low degrees of bureaucracy in their way, allowing those with drive and ownership to innovate and improve the capabilities of the company * Employees are valued and rewarded for not only what they do, but how they do it

Pros

Quite strength and determination of CEO is proving to be a winning leadership style. Netskope is successfully achieving its goals, demonstrating strong performance and effective execution. Impressive NPS and CSAT scores, both exceeding company targets, indicating high customer satisfaction. New leadership is effectively driving results, building structure, and fostering greater integration across business units. Much needed changes occurred last year, the fruits of those changes are now being realized.

Cons

Like a good boxer, you aim your punch through your opponent, not to your opponent. Netskope is too heavily focused on a potential IPO, not what is on the other side of that potential event. We need clear guidance on our longer-term goals, Limited career progression opportunities. The company faces challenges in managing an increasing volume of work with limited resources, single points of failure in many support and operations functions. While rapid improvements in turnover have occurred, company has many new hires at all levels of the company. Improvements in onboarding and ramp-up times need to happen. Product is a complex but big ROI. Sales teams that can pitch it succinctly win big.
