Pros

Good infra to make developers easy to work with in C++. Flexible to let employers works from home or on-site No micromanagement. Review issue based on event and not peronally. Time allocation for Engineering revamp.

Cons

Not every task is even. If one wants a impactful project, one needs to ask. Not every department is the same. Your experience might not be the same. Pay is not the same as first Tier but flexibility compliments it.

Has an amazing team onboard never a dull day, Fast paced,Engineering focused, Good problems to solve Company culture is really good, Its flexible.Have remote options Hearing about IPO news as well

Netskope is a great company, very smart people and not without some bumps here and there. But I’m doing some of my best work and it’s been a huge development opportunity.

Cons

No 401k match, but makes complete sense given stage of growth.
