      Almost one year in--my favorite job in decades

      Pros

      I love it here. It has not quite been a year, so I still consider it early days. I'm surrounded by a great team of talented people, which keeps things productive and efficient. I've never been to the office and even after COVID that may not become a significant factor in this job.

      Cons

      Maybe it's too soon, but I don't have any cons, yet. I was able to join my two passions of Network Engineering and coding, here, in a way that I was never able to at my previous jobs. What's not to love?

      Pros

      Best company that I have worked at in my career. The culture and all the people are awesome to work with.

      Cons

      sometimes the goodwill can get be too much but that's better than the alternative.
