      - Flexible work-life balance, - Decent (above avg) culture.

      Cons

      - Sub-par corporate health insurance. One of the worst in the industry. - Sub-par recognition of talent (compensation, bonus, equities, etc). - Broken pyramid org structure. - As the org grows, bureaucracy trickling in. - Step-motherly treatment for non-ENG/GTM BUs. - Breading ground for non-performers.

      Pros

      There are new tech to learn but needs to be learned all by ourselves.

      Cons

      -Apart from linkedin learning no other external platform is there to learn the latest tech stuff or upskill ourselves. -Health insurance have co-pay for parents. -With adding new processes lot of burden is getting imposed on the engineers. -High workload -Can't remburese for any external certification. -Expectation is of cream layer i.e people with good techincal skills but compensation provided is very low. - No internet reimbursement
