      Pros

      Continuously optimizing their team and cross functionality meaning many opportunities to grow in your career and take ownership with lots of projects as the org gets bigger.

      Cons

      Rewards system takes a long time to occur like a raise or stock. Company budgeted a lot which is unfortunate biggest the team works hard but very limited budget on how we can celebrate with your team.

      Management is not micromanaging. If we have suggestions, they always take note of them. Additionally, if we suggest changing the process, they are open to it. - WFH
