      As i celebrate my 7th year at Netskope, the company, product, team, customers and channel have grown tremendously, .. and the thing that has remained strong throughout this time, is the great "can do" collaborative culture, which was a goal that Sanjay, Tony and Geoff set out from the very beginning. We celebrate our wins together, adjust and grow together each year.. Also it helps tremendously, that the Netskope solution offerings are world leading...

      Pros

      The SSE platform itself is strong. The global footprint of data centres provides solid coverage, and the DLP capabilities are highly effective while still being relatively easy to deploy and manage. The underlying technology and product direction have real potential.

      Cons

      Leadership engagement can be inconsistent. Regular 1:1s and check-ins are often missed or deprioritised, which leaves teams without the guidance, support, or feedback they need to succeed. Over time this creates a disconnect between leadership and the people actually delivering the work.
