- Low pay - Not a lot of guidance

I had several different managers in the 3 years I worked here. The outlook wasn't great, clients were leaving and there was barely any work to go around. Lots of promises of more clients coming while more are dropping out yet not a single new one. Too many org changes and no real structure. Management only cares about numbers not team members. Pay is very skewed. I was making significantly less than everyone on my team while doing more work yet never got a "catch up" raise. 3% or less for outstanding performance. Don't waste your time here unless you get a good salary off the start.
