The environment can be really awesome here. In the Dallas office, they have tons of games to play when you're taking a break from work, along with a fully stocked break room. They encourage career advancement and help pay for certificates you wish to acquire (if they are beneficial to your job).

Cons

The benefits package is pretty cruddy.
