- CEO is a cool man. Down to earth. Very fair. - You'll never be bored. They're growing crazy fast. - If you can handle it, they'll give you tons of responsibility and autonomy. "Go make customers happy." - Pay and benefits are competitive.

Cons

- Lots of work. Billion hour weeks for years on end if you let them. - Culture has gotten less important with growth. Less customer focused. - Political battles in leadership are leading to missed opportunities. - Processes are constantly in flux. Poor communication when they change.

If one of your hobbies is home networking, pulling cable, etc, then this is a great company to intern at.

Cons

On slow days for field installs, work in the warehouse can get very boring.
