Pros
Company changing quickly as it grows. New processes and people every day. Culture is still intact despite it all. Continues to feel like a small company Lots of freedom to innovate. Management is receptive to new ideas. Pitches are frequently followed by "sounds great. do it." Senior leadership seems invested in their teams' success. Managers work harder than anyone. Fervent customer focus. Promotes a "fix it now. we'll figure the rest out later." mentality when dealing with customer issues. Hardcore teams with ridiculous skill sets. Often the dumbest person at the table. Learning much from seasoned veterans.
Cons
E-mail at all hours. Lots of emergencies and last minute items. Easy to work 60+ hours if you allow it. Feels like a small company. Processes reflect that. Operations teams are getting a handle on things. Plenty of miscommunication. Processes are often rolled out before they're baked. Tend to create temporary solutions that become permanent, time intensive, bottlenecks. Seasonal workload is heavy and stressful.
