Pros

Some departments have flexible work schedules and remote days The people

Cons

The director level managers are not open to culture changes The director level managers can be inappropriate at times Work load can be heavy, especially for what they pay support staff The Account Managers are, for the most part, rude and have huge egos.

Pros

The pro's would be the benefits they offer for the internal staff and paid training.

Cons

The Netsync office is still going through internal process changes. The training offered when you start is to short to understand what your tasks are or where to get your information.
