Honest Views on Netsync Network Solutions
Pros
Netsync was initially a great place to work. They focused on providing training and even hired people to get their Account Managers support. Although their internal processes were lacking, I enjoyed the people I worked with. There was a great amount of flexibility and the pay is not bad either, when you actually get the money you worked for.
Cons
I have personally witnessed the Leadership and HR act in an extremely unprofessional manner. Unfortunately, if you are looking for a company that treats their employees fairly and well, trust me this is not it. Netsync needs a great deal of improvement in leadership, how to treat their employees and paying employees what they are owed. Several employees went months without being paid commissions as an example, which I am sure if illegal. I would not recommend this company to any of my family or friends.
