Great family culture depending on the team. Get promoted on how hard you work. No micromanagement, or politics involved. There are tools to always learn more if desired.

Cons

The company is just not competitive when it come fo pay, bonuses, and PTO. There has been a lot of turnover because of this.

There is a lot of freedom in the role. There are a lot of very knowledgeable people here that you work with, which is great for experience building

Need more direction from management. Lots of turnover currently. Pay seems to be under market (hence all the turnover)
