      Pros

      Great family culture depending on the team. Get promoted on how hard you work. No micromanagement, or politics involved. There are tools to always learn more if desired.

      Cons

      The company is just not competitive when it come fo pay, bonuses, and PTO. There has been a lot of turnover because of this.
