Coworkers and supervisors are great Fast paced enviorment Interesting work

Cons

Forced to work in person even though office has zero culture and is way too loud. Poor training Raises are insultingly low Terrible leadership up top with zero communication skills. Mass lay offs during work week without any warning. No room to grow and no recent hires, stagnant work staff.
