Upper Management cannot make a decision and stick with a vision. Very alarmist culture, resulting in high turnover. Management appears to be fired quite frequently for no apparent reason. Most people are afraid that their job is next. Turnover includes management down to front line staff. If you want a career here, forget it. There is a two-year churn cycle for management. They will hire you, use you and then spit you out without warning. If you are considering this for a stepping stone only, then go for it. Instead of the "good ole boys club", it is now the "good ole girls club".
