There are absolutely no pros with the exception of good hardworking loyal employees. It is a mystery about employee tenure being so high when management treats everybody with disdain.

Cons

The company is in shambles. I would not recommend any one working here. Typical white incompetent old boys club. There is no leadership and people are afraid to speak up.

Most people are happy to come to work and truly enjoy their careers. Upper management is a group of distinguished professionals that are highly respected.

Cons

Several middle management people have been promoted without higher education degrees. This gives the general staff a feeling of being over-looked, as well as being over-qualified for their lower positions.
