Great HCC Team, everyone is friendly and helpful

Cons

Manager is not helpful, no one wants to go to her for anything. They avoid her at all costs. Not supportive, not friendly. Not a leader. Acts on emotion not logic

In no particular order: 40-hr work week, build some friendships, build experience for resume, local, some of the benefits offered by the organization

Cons

Low pay for position, lack of communication by management, not willing to work with you on your professional goals, management activity demonstrates favoritism, unfair promotions
