Pros

I have been working with some of the best co-workers for 5 years. We treat each other like family. The leadership team is visible and available.

Cons

Some people are promoted to leadership who have no skills.

Pros

It's a very welcoming and friendly environment to work in, and just about everyone (from every department) is always willing to help me help our members. The culture is relaxed yet professional. The training and resources available are phenomenal. Good pay, lots of PTO and other perks. No weekends or holidays. Free parking, coffee and lots of treats, contests and mini events to break up the work day.

Cons

Medical benefits come with a high deductible then 80/20% coinsurance. Standard these days, but not optimal.

Pros

* They overpay their employees * A very lucrative PTO plan. * Big parking lot, so you never have to worry about finding a spot.

Cons

See some of the other reviews about this company...they still ring true many years later... * Lack of accountability * Lack of direction * Lack of leadership * Lack of respect for fellow co-workers * The department I was in, was so toxic, nobody could stand to talk to one another. * The team that I was on was filled with back-slappers...only, they weren't congratulating you for a job-well-done...they were looking for a soft spot to stick the knife. * Complete lack of vision, lack of caring and lack of compassion for anyone. * Not many chances for advancement. If you take a job there with the hopes of exacting some changes or bringing in ideas, go elsewhere, as you will get frustrated with how the culture drags you down. There is a reason why they lose $10's of millions of dollars annually
