Pros

Great salary compared to other engineering firms. Very friendly atmosphere, stress-free.

Cons

Starting as a Grad is a bit of a slippery road. You will then end-up in a role where you'd feel you need more experience from this industry (e.g. engineering positions). You'd rather become a qualified engineer in a contractor/designer organisation and then switch to NR.
