Pros

some amazing highly talented and knowledgeable people work for network rail

Cons

staff are treated as numbers on a spreadsheet. had to fight tooth and nail for decent a pay rise. Then they announced they're taking a big chunk of the payrise back by not paying out the bonus scheme for hitting targets. That's how little they think of their staff. The people who actually keep the railway running. disgusting greedy company. can't wait to find a new job.
