Pros

The money can be good, the role itself is great

Cons

The management all over seem to be letting people down, all the changes that are trying to be brought in - modernising the railway, wanting to change contracts, wanting to implement 39 weeks out of the 52.

Pros

Flexible working arrangements. Some good benefits, ie edenred and discounted train travel.

Cons

Lack of progression. Not able to negotiate salary unless you leave or get promoted. Massively under resourced, teams left having to cover multiple posts. No direction from senior leaders. Salary is not market rate.
