Pros

Social activities from time to time and flexible working arrangements.

Cons

I worked with Fares, Ticket and Retailing programme and they are really messed up, directors are incompetent and there is no diversity in the team, whatever skills and experience you got they don't value but incompetency, They promote people on baseless background, personal relationships or just for "know nothing, less noise" principles.

Salary isn't great NR isn't a software company, which means nobody really knows what they are doing - IT is almost invariably useless
