Pros

Flexible, comfortable, good training options

Cons

Leadership behaviours are poor, serious lack of performance management makes it hard to tackle consistently poor performance, health and wellbeing is more about box ticking.

Pros

Network rail is fantastic company with many forwardthinking protocols in place to support employees in all areas of work and home life.

Cons

There are issues with individual departments where some managers are kept in rolling beyond the point where other companies would have let them go. There is a lot of job security network rail but this can mean that certain employees should not still be there which causes issues within individual departments.
