As a general rule,the management do take care of the employees. Through supporting those on sick or through injury. Q

Cons

Due to pandemic, structural re-orgainsation and need to reduce number of employees, ability to promote to next role is quite limited. No pay rises.

Flexible leave is great for childcare. So up to a certain level can have a great work life balance. Opportunities to try different roles internally.

Cons

Bit uncertain at the minute with some staff being offered voluntary severance, rail industry is suffering and needs commuters back on trains 2 days per week
