Pros

Large company so rarely any real work pressure as you would always have others working on the same project too. Great for graduates as the company has many resources to provide training for you If you are experienced this job provides a good environment to work in. Not too laid back but also not too pressured. Perfect balance Many perks also such as large kitchen canteen ect Subsidised train ticket was also a very helpful brenafit as it cut a lot of commute cost

Cons

For Me it was 2 train journeys so was wasting three hours a day. This was the only negative for Me which ultimately led to me moving jobs
