Pros

Great office location, decent benefits, and some flexibility (if you're in the right team).

Cons

Really poor leadership at senior and business unit level. Frequent organisational change with no noticeable improvement in efficiency or productivity. Variable line manager capability and mixed messages, with resulting impact that the pay for performance process is not fairly applied.
