Pros

Agile working arrangements Staff well-being is high on the agenda Final salary pension and good package

Cons

No drive for procedural efficiency improvements. Poor resource planning and headcount management No leadership, over-reliance on consultants. Lack of commerciality Too much time wasted in meetings where the actions and output are at best limited for the time in the meeting and at worst, absent altogether. Performance standards which are too lax, where good is assessed as excellent. Constant reorganisation, due to focus on short-term planning for structures, rather than long-term planning.
