Pros

Flexible - Company mandate is 3 days in the office per week. However nobody enforces this and people rarely come into the office, especially middle management.

Cons

Pay is terrible - Workings in Zone 1 Central London they think its okay to pay £35k but require years of experience and multiple degrees No progression whatsoever - Not opportunities to progress, have any meaningful training or professional development

Pros

Some great workers and opportunities. Great place to coast D&I investment is enormous

Cons

Poor management regardless of honours given to staff for doing their paid job. Nepotistic and shortsighted. Projects are difficult to progress without senior management getting credit. More like a career doldrum than a vehicle to develop a career. Overpaid senior managers with huge bonuses and pensions
