Pros

The team, especially the FOI manager, is really lovely. We all get on really well and have really nice chats. It's a great atmosphere in the office and on calls. The work isn't too hard. You feel like you are doing an important job. Hours are flexible and you can work in waterloo office, at home, or in milton keynes - where you're needed one day / week

Cons

Work can be dull Onboarding process is pretty abysmal - slow.
