Pros

I have worked with/for some really supportive individuals.

Cons

They pay lip service to mental health. They have made numerous restructures and are making redundancies, but still hiring. Management/exec set completely unrealistic deadlines and apply a lot of pressure which means working silly hours with no overtime paid, no bonus and minimal recognition. Some individuals in management positions have no people skills.

Pros

Good work life balance and good pension.

Cons

Has become a terrible place to work this past year. Management pretend they care about the employees but underneath their is an attitude of 'you should be grateful for the job and if you don't, someone else will'. Teams are getting smaller and workload is increasing. The utter fiasco with the payrise and terrible communication has broken the trust between management and employee completely. It will take along time for employees to feel valued again.
