pension, annual leave allowance, protective clothing provided.

Cons

poorly organised, harassed for minor things such as paperwork, no training provided whatsoever even though we work on dangerous critical equipment. too many meetings of people that think they are important but have no idea what they are talking about, way too top heavy with management
